Yes. Water alone doesn't remove coffee oils and milk residue.

Our cleaning tablets are made from food-grade ingredients and are food-safe.
How long do the machines last?
The Dr.Coffee CVS series is rated for 500,000 cups; other models for more than 50,000 cups.
Should I deep-clean the machine every day?
Before switching off at the end of the day, deep-clean the milk system so the lines don't clog.

There can be several reasons why milk isn't being drawn.
Try loosening the frothing knob slightly and deep-clean the milk system. If that doesn't help, contact our service team or your sales advisor.
