A full range of services, warranty and post-warranty support for Dr.Coffee machines.
Service →What daily maintenance is needed?
Recommended schedule:
– deep clean of the milk system: once a day
– deep clean of the brewing unit: once a week
– descaling: once a month
Do I need cleaning tablets?
Yes. Water alone doesn't remove coffee oils and milk residue.
Are cleaning tablets food-safe?
Our cleaning tablets are made from food-grade ingredients and are food-safe.
How long do the machines last?
The Dr.Coffee CVS series is rated for 500,000 cups; other models for more than 50,000 cups.
Should I deep-clean the machine every day?
Before switching off at the end of the day, deep-clean the milk system so the lines don't clog.
Who do I call for maintenance?

Milk isn't being drawn. What should I do?
There can be several reasons why milk isn't being drawn.
Try loosening the frothing knob slightly and deep-clean the milk system. If that doesn't help, contact our service team or your sales advisor.
