Yes. Water alone doesn't remove coffee oils and milk residue.
Are cleaning tablets food-safe?
Our cleaning tablets are made from food-grade ingredients and are food-safe.
How long do the machines last?
The Dr.Coffee CVS series is rated for 500,000 cups; other models for up to 50,000 cups.
Should I deep-clean the machine every day?
Before switching off at the end of the day, deep-clean the milk system so the lines don't clog.
Who do I call for maintenance?

Milk isn't being drawn. What should I do?
